- Cash-based accounting - You scan the documentation into the system once you have paid the bill. This way you can authorise and pay the bills in one easy step.
- Accruals-based accounting - Doyourbooks will maintain your creditor/payments system. This allows you to better plan your cash flow and provides more accurate financial reports because expenses appear in the month in which they were accrued rather than the month they were paid. Using this option, doyourbooks will advise you which accounts are due to be paid and can prepare them for you to authorise payment. Therefore, your money remains 100% under your control.
- Payroll system - Doyourbooks bookkeepers can work with your current payroll provider or offer a complete payroll service.
- Revenue system - You can use your doyourbooks MYOB data file to maintain your sales/collection system or you may prefer to use an independent billing system from which information can be downloaded or journalised into MYOB.

Doyourbooks gives you expert, accurate, confidential and timely online bookkeeping for a fraction of the cost of employing a bookkeeper. After an initial set-up fee of $3000, your ongoing monthly fee can be as little as $500, depending upon your needs.

The initial set up fee of $3000 includes:
- Assessment of your current accounting system and requirements
- Supply and installation of high speed scanner
- Supply of licenses for your electronic filing system, appropriate scanning software and Microsoft office licenses for your doyourbooks desktop environment
- Set up and establishment of your personalized doyourbooks desktop over the internet
- Training for you and your staff on how to use doyourbooks
Ongoing Online Bookkeeper fees
Once we understand your bookkeeping requirements, we can determine an appropriate monthly fee starting from a competitive $500.
Additional costs you need to consider
In order to ensure that doyourbooks runs efficiently in your office, we recommend that you have latest generation computer technology.
You will also require an up-to-date MYOB licence.
